The trouble with most of us is that we would rather be ruined by praises than be saved by criticism.

ai no tame ni!
The rule change is nice, still sounds pretty strict. I'm naturally wary since the ONLY things I commission are OCs. I can also be pretty picky about the way they're drawn since well they're my OCs. I'm not terrible though. Although you may want to have a stipulation that while these prices are pretty standard for your pieces if a customer is extremely demanding with a piece the next piece's price will be adjusted to account for the added time required. The reason I recommend this is because I just had a friend who wanted to pull her hair out over a piece she was working on. It was supposed to be a quick $10 sketch and she spent more time on it than she did on the full CG piece she just did for me and it stressed her out. One of those live and learn things.

Personally I'd suggest rephrasing 1. to something more like "If you use my artwork on a site, proper credit must be given with a link back to me. (I need all the free advertising/publicity that I can get.)

Like Fu-fu you may want have a rule about use such as whether or not you retain the right to do prints (some commissioners may be opposed to this if it's their OC others like me might be willing to work it into the deal). And like Fu-fu and I were talking about, the limits the commissioner has where publication is concerned. Fu-fu for example will charge more if I intend to use a piece for small scale publication and well large scale publication fu-fu wants royalties. This is probably something you'll want to phrase loosely but state that publication of the work to be discussed, so that the use of each is clear.

This is partially covered in rule 1 but you may want to rephrase that, as there will be some people who do not want their OCs posted and in that case like the previous I would suggest charging an additional fee and ask to retain the right to use it in printed form for a portfolio.
